What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for New ASIC miners is 5 units and Used miners will be on a case-by-case basis. Containers and Transformers have a MOQ of 1 unit.,
What kind of warranty does Odyssey Mining offer?
For new hardware we offer the equipment's manufacturer's warranty. If you purchased hardware through us that is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will help you through the RMA process. Regarding used hardware we perform due diligence on all suppliers. For used hardware, a 7-Day On-Arrival guarantee will be applicable on a order-by-order basis, which means if there are any problems within the first week, we will repair the hardware at no charge.
How do you handle repairs and RMA?
Our goal is to ensure your equipment is operational as quickly as possible. If you purchased hardware through Odyssey Mining that is still under the manufacturer's warranty we can help you through the RMA process, and communicate with the manufacturer. In the case your equipment is out-of-warranty we will recommend repair sites in our network.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
Your dedicated Odyssey Mining advisor will hold your hand every step of the way. We can provide tracking information as soon as our shipping partners make it available to us, and we will always be here for you to address any questions or concerns throughout the process.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once we have locked-in your reservation upon payment we cannot cancel or refund your order. In the instance you are in serious need of a return or cancellation we can offer to help you find a potential buyer for your units.
